Besides our general design and design & build services, Anscape Studio also provides flexible renovation solutions. Clients may choose their own contractors, or we can assist in recommending suitable contractors based on their project needs.

Things To Expect

 

  • This arrangement provides greater transparency and flexibility, but it may require more coordination from the owner.
  • Owners may receive multiple quotations from different contractors for different work scopes.
  • Payments will be made separately to each appointed contractor.
  • Anscape Studio will assist by reviewing, filtering, and summarizing quotations to make the process easier to manage.
